this was a bit of an experiment.. I just got some new colors of pigmas and wanted to give em a try. I really like the way the red lines work with the watercolor on the web part of this painting.

I finished up the awesome class that I took at Firecracker Press last night. I got my posters all inked & printed up! So happy with how they turned out... Photoshop can't even come close to replicating the actual texture that these guys have. I just love that 'noise'.

Here's a preview of a hand-carved woodblock plate for a poster that i'm currently working on. This is a project that I'm in the middle of for a printmaking class at Firecracker Press that I'm taking. I get access to all of their vintage printing presses during the class!! So awesome! I'll post more pics as I get it finished up. cheers.
